Any plans to be able to build these off of a label? For instance if we have multi-location franchise that has 100 individual campaigns, being able to roll those into one executive report and then filter to individual accounts / campaigns if we need?

Account and campaign labels are already available in Data Explorer, so you can roll up multi-location or multi-campaign accounts into a single executive view and filter down as needed. If you're looking for this functionality within report sections specifically, submit that as a feature request through your AE and we'll work on getting it in the backlog!

Is the co-lab feature within backpack or is this an extra feature with a separate URL and not within backpack?

CoLab is a premium add-on available to all customers. It launches directly from Backpack, so the two are connected workspaces. Reach out to your AE if you'd like to learn more about adding it!

Is there a way to integrate CRM data into the report builder as well?

CRM integration isn't currently supported in the report builder, but it's a great use case! Reach out to your AE to log this as a feature request and they can keep you updated on any developments.

Can the system pull month over month percent changes?

Yes! Month-over-month percent changes are already available in the platform across our reporting suite. If you need help setting that up, your AE can walk you through it.

What types of analysis or part of the analysis workflow do you think is best for AI vs. what should start with human oversight?

Great question! AI works best for tasks that are repetitive and data-heavy — things like aggregating performance data, identifying trends, and generating first-draft narratives. Human oversight is most valuable when it comes to strategic interpretation, client context, and final storytelling. The sweet spot is using AI to handle the heavy lifting so your team can focus on the specifics according to your use case. The final deliverable should always be double-checked by a human.

Which reporting workflows do you foresee becoming entirely AI powered?

We see data pulling and analysis, performance summaries, and routine client report generation and delivery as the workflows closest to being fully AI-powered. As the technology matures, we expect more of the end-to-end reporting process to become automated — with humans staying in the loop for strategy and final approval. We see reporting becoming more conversational as well.  Rather than simply static reports, reports your clients can converse with and ask questions is an exciting future. It's an exciting space and something we're actively building toward!

Does Fluency support setting up automatic report files to be delivered monthly in an editable format so we can use those as the foundation for our customized monthly client reports?

Love this request! Please make sure to share it with your AE — we'll get it added to our product roadmap and they'll keep you in the loop as it develops.

Is there a good spot to find more Fluency videos? I have gone through some of the training, but I find videos like this to be more helpful than the articles.

We have videos available in both our Fluency Help Center and Fluency Academy! If you'd like more hands-on guidance, your AE can schedule a 1:1 session and loop in our Training Team to walk through anything you need.
