Mid Market Sales Director

Job Summary:

The Mid Market Solutions Director is an individual contributor role focused on driving business growth through strategic client acquisition. This highly visible position requires close collaboration with both internal teams and prospective clients. The Director brings deep expertise in the Digital Marketing landscape, advertising strategies, and Fluency’s platform, with the ability to simplify complex digital marketing concepts for executive-level clients while also engaging with technical execution specialists. Responsible for expanding Fluency’s client base, the Director will proactively pursue new business through cold calling, managing inbound leads, and effectively closing new client accounts.

External Role Duties:

  • Identify and establish relationships with new prospective clients to drive business growth.
  • Effectively demonstrate the Fluency Platform to various stakeholders within a prospective client’s organization, including users, directors, managers, and executives.
  • Develop and present compelling business cases to showcase the value of Fluency’s implementation for prospective clients.
  • Maintain a proactive follow-up routine and outreach strategy to generate new business opportunities.
  • Close new business deals, ensuring successful conversion from prospect to client.

Job Summary

The Product Campaign Coordinator connects Fluency’s products with the audiences they’re built for, prospects in key verticals and existing customers. In this role, you’ll combine demand-generation skills with the ability to turn product messaging into compelling value propositions. You’ll collaborate across teams while executing the assets and tactics needed for successful campaigns and launches.

You ensure every external touchpoint from promotional programs to product releases reflects Fluency’s launch strategy and product positioning. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and eager to grow across demand generation and product marketing.

Your Mission

Drive external promotional activities tied to product launch strategy and translate them into effective demand-generation programs across target accounts and customer segments. Ensure the marketing team has the right assets to support execution.

You Own

Promotion of key products and roadmap features, including:

  • Campaign asset development and execution (emails, landing pages, social posts, feature-release blogs).
  • Product promotion through paid media (targeted display, social, etc.).
  • Production and execution of product marketing programs (webinars, in-app messaging, feature announcements).

Your Core KPIs

Lead generation and engagement, including:

  • MQLs influenced by strategic campaigns as well as “evergreen” programs (product pages, bottom-funnel content, webinars, vertical and account-focused efforts).
  • Leads from onsite demos.
  • Customer engagement metrics: webinar attendance and in-app engagement.

Your Role

  • Create and manage in-app messaging for Tier 1 and Tier 2 releases.
  • Optimize the website for conversion and ensure consistent marketing of key features and use cases.
  • Develop and maintain a product release section of the blog; integrate proof points, demos, and use-case CTAs; track attribution in HubSpot.
  • Coordinate campaign touchpoints for Tier 1 launches, aligning Product Marketing and Demand Generation efforts.
  • Support and enhance Product-Led Growth motions through in-app announcements and feature highlights.
  • Build and manage campaign assets: emails, landing pages, social posts, and blog content.
  • Execute outbound marketing programs (webinars, client events, in-app promotions).
  • Ensure campaign messaging is consistent and aligned with go-to-market positioning.
  • Track, report, and optimize campaign performance.
  • Support operational needs across Product Marketing and Demand Generation, including content organization, documentation, and scheduling.

What We Look For

  • 1–3 years in marketing coordination, product marketing, or campaign execution (SaaS or digital advertising preferred).
  • A passion for promotion and the ability to write sharp, engaging copy across mediums.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex ideas.
  • Experience with bottom-funnel tactics (blogs) and mid-funnel programs (webinars, partner marketing).

Job Summary

The Senior Digital Advertising Strategist (internally known as an Advertising Engineer) is a highly technical digital advertising expert who bridges the gap between sophisticated ad operations and business-level strategy. Serving as the primary point of contact between Fluency and our clients, you are integral to delivering a world-class client experience.

The Hybrid Skill Set:

Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join our lean, high-impact Finance team. Reporting directly to the CFO, you will play a critical role in driving corporate financial performance through revenue modeling, analyzing gross margins, and conducting complex budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. As a foundational member of the team, you will also own the implementation and ongoing support of our FP&A software ecosystem, ensuring our systems scale alongside our strategic growth.  This role will lead building a high performing team capable of supporting rapid growth.

Your Role

  • Track company drivers such as MRR/ARR, Churn, CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost), Logo Retention, and Margins to direct long-term strategic planning and provide data-driven insights to leadership.
  • Leverage cohort analysis and complex financial models to create actionable reports and presentations for senior management.
  • Partner with Marketing and Business Development leadership to track the sales funnel and forecast revenue. You will monitor COGS and expenses to balance growth rate, profit margin, and cash flow in support of the company's financial targets.
  • Act as the primary owner for our FP&A software. You will lead the implementation of new tools, manage ongoing system support, and utilize excellent project management skills to ensure our financial tech stack is optimized and scalable.
  • Partner with business leaders to optimize financial procedures through continuous improvements to automation and data analysis.

What We Look For  

  • BS in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; MBA or CPA/CFA preferred.
  • 4-6+ years in FP&A, ideally within a SaaS environment, with a strong understanding of ASC 606 revenue recognition.
  • Proven experience in FP&A system oversight and software implementation. You should possess excellent project management skills and the ability to act as the technical lead for finance-related tools.
  • Expert Excel skills with the ability to independently create cohort analyses and complex financial models from scratch.
  • An independent and curious thinker with a continuous improvement mindset to drive efficiencies and the ability to drive results.
  • Strong presentation and analytical skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial recommendations in a concise and timely manner.

Senior Software Engineer

Team Overview

The Fluency Engineering Team is detail-oriented and extraordinarily passionate about digital advertising. We blend the art and science of advertising into simple and scalable solutions to complex problems, and deliver leading edge software products to our customers.

As a Senior Software Engineer you will work closely with the entire engineering team and key stakeholders across the company to execute our strategic priorities.
