Job Summary:

The Account Executive (AE) is a dynamic individual contributor with a deep understanding of digital advertising technology, strategic business operations, and the ability to build trusted relationships. The AE envisions, creates, and executes business strategies that align the evolving ecosystems of our most complex partnerships with Fluency’s platform capabilities. Advertising Engineer

An Advertising Engineer is a highly technical digital advertising expert who also possesses the ability to navigate strategic, business-level interactions.  Serving as the main point of contact between Fluency and its Clients, Advertising Engineers are integral in delivering our unique world-class client experience. From an executional perspective, this position will be expected to be the main point of contact for priority properties, owning and managing the client relationship while also analyzing and optimizing said client’s digital marketing campaigns (Search, Social, Display) to deliver campaign performance at scale.

Our commitment to value-driven client service begins with the prioritization of; Ideation, Creativity, Relationships, and Strategy.  As such, Advertising Engineers curate the Fluency experience via: guiding clients through onboarding, structuring and managing key stakeholder relationships, and proactive implementation of Fluency value props at every level of the client business. The Advertising Engineer will also drive forth client’s business goals, solve for operational challenges leveraging the Fluency platform, and identify additional opportunities to maximize fluency’s impact on their business.

External Role Duties:

  • Respond directly to client requests and communication
  • Leverage Fluency platform to manage digital advertising campaigns, analyze performance, and execute optimizations on a host of channels including but not limited to Google Ads, GDN, Google Shopping, Facebook, Instagram, Microsoft, YouTube

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer specializing in Facebook Marketing API integration to lead the development, management, and optimization of our connection to the Facebook Marketing API. This role is critical in ensuring seamless data flow, maintaining data integrity, and enabling advanced advertising functionality within our platform. Job Summary:

The Solutions Engineer is a pioneer in the field of Digital Advertising / Advertising Technology, possessing a hybrid skill set ranging from best-in-class technical expertise to strategic sales.  This role requires a highly technical individual capable of connecting the many facets of the Fluency platform / value proposition with the broad business dynamics of our clients. A Solutions Engineers engagement begins with the support of pre-sales scoping calls. This individual will assist the sales team in communicating with prospects to uncover any unique technical requirements, document prospect goals, and begin determining the level of effort required for a successful onboarding experience. A successful Solutions Engineer will serve as a liaison in the sales process, assisting the sales team with complex, technical requirements that are involved in closing sales.

Your Role:

External Role Duties:

  • Engage in pre-sale calls to identify any unique or custom technical requirements with prospects
  • Prepare & manage contracts from scoping to execution in collaboration with Sales and Implementation Teams.
  • Prepare and develop technical presentations to explain Fluency’s product and services to clients
  • Assisting to close sales where technical expertise may be required to fit the clients’ needs
  • Effectively demonstrate the Fluency Platform to various stakeholders within a prospective client’s organization including but not limited to users, directors / managers, and executives
  • Attend product release meetings to keep up to date on the Fluency platform
  • Develop extensive technical knowledge of the Fluency product and services

Internal Role Duties:

  • Collaborate with Product on behalf of Prospect requests during pre-sale scoping
  • Collaborate with Sales to understand customer requirements and provide technical sales support
  • Contribute product feature requests for our platform, inspired by experience and client interactions
  • Provides expertise and support to sales teams to communicate products, services, and client needs

What We Look For:

  • 2+ years experience selling complex technological products
  • 2+ years hands on paid media experience
  • Knowledge of complex software products is a must
  • Experience communicating with C-Level executives
  • Strong communication, time management, critical thinking and problem solving skills

Triage Software Engineer

Our Engineering division collaborates, and feeds on each other’s ideas in order to build leading edge products for our customers.The Fluency platform is built using a native AWS architecture.  We use JavaScript, Vue.js, HTML5, Bootstrap, CSS, Java, Spring Boot, Aurora, S3, Elastic Beanstalk along with whatever else makes sense for the job at hand.

Job Summary:  

The Triage Engineer handles incoming issues by performing a forensic analysis on code to determine the cause, then coding basic fixes.  You'll collaborate with Client Services as well as the Engineering team as a whole and distribute tasks to the optimal engineer for resolution.  You will also work on the release side to help code automated tests that prevent bugs from being released live.  You will write functional code tests that will proactively find code problems helping to mitigate risk.

Your Role:

  • Triage incoming bugs that couldn’t be solved by support
  • Plan and execute fixes against problems received
  • Perform stress and load testing of applications
  • Use modern infrastructure tools and platforms to automate our systems
  • Solve challenging problems working with large dataset transformations
  • Work with Client Services to troubleshoot in-bound issues from clients and internal teams

  • Loves feedback and understands iterative development cycles
  • Experience with the digital advertising industry, a plus
