Getting to know Michelle Roth, Digital UX/UI Product Designer
Meet Michelle Roth, our Digital UX/UI Product Designer. Michelle was one of our very first employees and has helped contribute to our product’s evolution over the years.
Michelle first joined Fluency after crossing paths with the founders at a time when they were in an exciting place early in their journey. “Their goal was to bring digital advertising to a new level by creating a product that offered unprecedented automation, efficiency, and campaign effectiveness,” Michelle shared. “They had a vision for the future, and their energy and excitement was contagious. It was a movement I wanted to be a part of, so I joined the team as a designer to support product direction and vision.”
As a Digital UX/UI Designer Michelle gets to interact and collaborate with team members across different departments. She describes this as one of the great things about working at Fluency as it gives her an opportunity to get to know them on a personal level. “My favorite thing about Fluency is the culture and the company’s core values have largely remained the same from day one, even though Fluency continues to rapidly grow.”
As Fluency continues to grow, we are fortunate to have people on our team like Michelle that have been here from the beginning—and she agrees. “It feels very special to have contributed to the product’s evolution over the years, and it’s fun reflecting on how the tool has grown so much but stayed-true to and continues to deliver on those original goals.”
When Michelle isn’t improving the user experience, you can find her enjoying the great outdoors, where she loves to spend time in the mountains or on the water with her pup, family and friends. She is also about to embark on a new journey, as a first-time mom by the New Year!
