The Best Places to Work in Vermont award's two-part selection process evaluates each nominated company's workplace policies, practices, and demographics (20% of the score) and an employee survey to measure the employee experience (80% of the score). Combining these two scores determines the top companies and final rankings. For example, Fluency's employee benefits include flexible working hours, competitive compensation, and an award-winning health and wellness program. Our multi-pronged approach aims to keep our team happy so they have the energy to help clients achieve their goals, reduce repetitive work, and find more joy in their jobs.
The Best Places to Work in Vermont awards program was created in 2006. The program is a partnership between the Society for Human Resource Management, Vermont State Council, (VTSHRM), the Vermont Department of Commerce and Community Development, and Workforce Research Group. This is Fluency's fourth consecutive year on the list.
