Fluency Employee Spotlight: Michael Sheridan

Here at Fluency, we pride ourselves on our people. After all, without them, we wouldn’t be nearly as innovative, savvy, and resourceful–so we asked them: Why Fluency? More specifically, what makes our employees proud to work at Fluency and what keeps them going?

Getting to Know Michael Sheridan, Advertising Architect

Meet Michael Sheridan, one of Fluency’s Advertising Architects. Michael loves being able to build automation strategies for our clients. “I get to creatively solve problems for our advertising partners and make their lives easier,” he says. There are a lot of elements to Michael’s work, but his favorite is seeing how happy clients get when they realize the amount of time they will save each day by leveraging Fluency’s platform and tools.

Fluency is the first platform to leverage robotic process automation for advertising. Michael digs our technology because it makes the lives of digital advertisers exponentially better. He says, “It's exciting to introduce clients to all possibilities and welcome them to the future.”

Based in Vermont, Fluency employs an all-remote workforce—but we have plenty of team members with us right here in our home state. “Outside of work, I can usually be found exploring the mountains of Vermont on my snowboard,” Michael says, adding that he often walks his dog around Burlington in search of a delicious burrito. In addition to these extracurriculars, Michael is also super active as a volunteer in our Burlington, VT community. He teaches local kids to skateboard and snowboard through the Chill Foundation. He’s also a youth mentor volunteer through a community support program.

It’s people like Michael that contribute to our thriving culture. Interested in finding out more about what it means to be a part of the Fluency team? Browse our career page and find your fit.
